We offer two options to pay for the USMA West Point Alumni Shenandoah Experience Food and Wine Tour package: pay by check or pay online with a credit card using PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to pay online with a credit card using PayPal.
Option 1 – Pay by Check (preferred): You may (1) pay in full with one check or (2) pay a deposit by check and pay the balance with a second check. Write your check to Michael Healy noting “USMA Shenandoah Tour” in the memo line. To pay by check, download, print, and complete this Celtic RnR Tour Registration Form and mail with your check to Michael Healy, 1 Brookside Road, Berlin, Maryland 21811.
Option 2 – Pay online using PayPal following these instructions:
- Click the “Book Now ” button below.
- In the “occupancy” drop-down window, choose “double” or “single” occupancy. If double occupancy, be sure to add an additional tour package to your order before checking the “Add to Cart” button. Choose “Pay Deposit” or “Pay in Full”. Note: Payment balances are required to be paid no later than 90 days before the event. Customers will be invoiced for any payment balances due.
- Click the “Add to Cart” button.
- Review Cart contents.
- Click “Proceed to Checkout” and complete the Billing Details form. Click “Continue”.
- If desired, add any Additional Information for the tour booking. Click “Continue”.
- Review payment details. Review and Accept the Terms and Conditions. Click “Proceed to PayPal”.
- On the PayPal page, you make your payment to Ballycastle Enterprises LLC, the parent company of Celtic RnR Tours. Pay with Credit Card or with your PayPal account. (Note: a PayPal account is not required to book and pay for tour.)
- Complete the PayPal Guest Checkout form with credit card details and then click the “Pay Now” button. You will then receive an order confirmation and PayPal receipt in your email in-box.
