When you register for a tour, we collect the details needed to arrange your trip — such as your name, contact details, and any preferences or requirements you share with us. We share these details only with the independent suppliers who deliver your tour (for example hotels and coach operators), and only to the extent needed to provide the services you booked.

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site — which pages are viewed and how visitors arrive here.
